WHY DO I NEED TO USE A CREDIT CARD WHEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?

-  I want all new clients to secure a reservation with a credit card.  In my experience a customer is more inclined to show up for their appointment when they have money invested in their appointment.  

IF I BOOKED WITH A CREDIT CARD DOES THAT MEAN I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICE?

- No.  You have secured your appointment and the card is not charged.  Your card is ONLY charged if you don't show up.  PLEASE BRING A FORM OF PAYMENT (WHETHER IT BE CASH OR CREDIT) TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH YOU.  

DO I NEED TO ENTER A CREDIT CARD FOR EACH APPOINTMENT?

-No.  For future bookings, as long as you used the same name, phone number and email the scheduling system will recognize you as a client and it will not ask you for a credit card again.  Unfortunately, the system is sensitive and any deviation in your appointment information will look as if it's new client booking and it will prompt you to furnish a credit card.

Cancel/change your appoinment by using your confirmation e-mail you recieved after you booked your appointment.
